Ask your husband to make a list of all the things he loves to look at (you do the same).  Then try to find similarities and create a date where you can share what you both love.  It might be sunsets (are there some great views near where you live?).  Perhaps you both love art, so look for nearby museums.  Hey, it might be sports, so have football night with snacks and drinks.
