Grab your husband and do a “practical” check.  Do you have a good working list for gifts and/or cards (think about hostess gifts, coworkers, friends, etc., simple and thoughtful is best)  Do you need batteries for any gifts?  Are you both on the same page event wise (check your calendars)? What are your travel plans? Now is the time for communication so that mishaps and misunderstandings are fewer during the holiday season.
