A generous wife (thanks Jess!) recently shared the idea of making a list of sexual activities and then asking your husband to rate their importance/enjoyment for him.  I think that’s a great communication tool.  It’s certainly a great idea for opening up discussion about sexual issues and really could be used for any area of your marriage.

Communication is a skill that you can learn. It’s like riding a bicycle or typing. If you’re willing to work at it, you can rapidly improve the quality of every part of your life.  Brian Tracy
