Do something in the shape of a heart.  Bake a heart shaped cake.  Lay down paperclips (or other small items) on his desktop in the shape of a heart.  Cut his sandwich in the shape of a heart.  Draw a heart on the end square of toilet paper.  Use a dry marker to leave a heart on a mirror (bathroom or car rear view mirror).  Look around at what you have on hand and get creative.
