Lord, Please Keep Him Safe
(My husband and I recently chatted with Stu & Lisa Gray of Stupendous Marriage – podcast here. Now you can hear what we sound like.)
My husband and son spent the day cutting down trees for firewood. It’s a fairly dangerous activity, so I would pray for their safety off and on during the day.
Not a bad idea in general. Why not take a moment and pray for physical safety for your husband. Life has its risks and our guys could use a little prayer.
(P.S. They did return without damage (well, not much anyhow). Yeah, God!)

I often worry about my husband’s safety and have been struggling lately with fear of his death. It is a wonderful reminder that I can pray for his safety whenever I begin to feel afraid again. I love that I can pray for God to relieve my fears and to keep hubby safe. Praying with confidence that Lord will protect us is a lovely feeling! Thank you Lori for your daily reminders/tips of how I can bless my husband. :)
