Yesterday I reminded y’all to get serious about holiday plans (plan now so you will have what you need in place for a lovely holiday season).
One of the best tools I know to help with this is a bullet journal. If you haven’t tried one, I encourage you to do so.

A bullet journal is a simple notebook where you collect all your info and planning notes. You create an index and number your pages. When you want to find something, scan the index and turn to the page you want. It’s that simple. (Here is a link explaining “how to” by the creator of the idea, Ryder. Getting Started)
You can also find many ideas for pages on Pinterest. My only caution would be to start out simple and not feel like you have to have gorgeous, perfect pages. Some of the pages on Pinterest are rather intimidating. Pick up the good ideas and toss the perfection. This is a work journal. It’s going to be a bit messy.
I encourage y’all to play with the idea over the next couple of months (grab a cheapie notebook and pen and use it for holiday central). When you feel you have a good handle on using a bullet journal, buy a fun and pretty notebook for the new year.
