The other day I went to do some cleanup and one of the items I needed was nowhere to be found. It was a bit frustrating and I didn’t get to do what I’d planned. No real harm done though. I’ll do it later when I find or buy what I need.
That said, it’s lovely to have what you need when you need it.
As a practical thought, why not make sure the items you and your husband need for your respective chores are handy (with extra on hand as needed). More ease. Less frustration.

Take the time to make those helpful setups (perhaps work through each chore and ask yourself what you need). Add any items you run out of on your shopping list to check before your next shopping trip.
I am thankful for a lawn that needs mowing, windows that need cleaning and gutters that need fixing because it means I have a home. I am thankful for the piles of laundry and ironing because it means my loved ones are nearby. Nancie J. Carmody
