Healthy Yummies

As a kindness, give some thought to available snacks around the house. It’s easy when you’re housebound (and even when you’re not) to grab the easiest thing for snacking.

If you normally have candy bars around the house, why not mix in a few granola bars? Set out a bowl of fruit (make sure there are some of your sweetie’s favorites). Bake up some healthier muffins or put out a bowl of nuts.

Baby step your way into healthier snacks. (What are your favorite snacks?)

If you keep good food in your fridge, you will eat good food. Errick McAdams

Lori, I so needed to hear this today! I have gained ~10 pounds during this pandemic, and it is because I have not put out the right snacks. If we are going to munch, it might at least be healthy.
