Have you ever been interrupted by your kids? How about an inconvenient phone call? And then there are those days, the ones that are so full of interruptions you fall down exhausted and wonder where your day went.
I think most of us can identify. It’s frustrating and you’re not at your best when you get jostled around all day.
Your husband probably deals with the same thing.

As a kindness, think before you interrupt him. Is he busy? Can it wait for his next break? (Of course, he’ll understand if it’s an emergency, but do be sure it’s a real emergency and not just an “I need to talk to you right now, well, because.”)
Be one less interruption in his day. You could even run interference for him on his busiest days. Uninterrupted time is a gift.
The average American worker has fifty interruptions a day, of which seventy percent have nothing to do with work. W. Edwards Deming
