If you are housebound (and even if you are not) sometimes life gets a bit boring. Same view, same (squabbling) kids, same PB&J sandwiches for lunch, same, same, same.
Sit down with your sweetie and talk about ways to change it up a bit. How about lunch on the patio? Rearrange the living room furniture or order a couple of plants by mail and brighten up your back yard.

Challenge each other to learn something new and share about it over dinner (where you could try a new recipe). Create a scavenger hunt for the kiddos and get them outside if you can (or you could create a sexy scavenger hunt for hubby with clues to hidden items like lotion, massager, lube, bedroom toys, and clean up towel).
Look for ways to interject a little “new” in your day.
A person needs new experiences. They jar something deep inside, allowing you to grow. Frank Herbert
