Ask your sweetie, “How are you doing with the different level of socializing (or busyness, whatever has changed for him)?” In this stressful season it’s a good thing to check in now and then.

If either or you are struggling, brainstorm some options for change or stability.
Paul and I are trying to pray more, enjoy the beauty around us, eat and sleep well, be intentional about sex, and stay strong over those responsibilities that keep our lives running smoothly.
What do you and your husband need to change/do?
Keep good company, read good books, love good things and cultivate soul and body as faithfully as you can. Louisa May Alcott

You don’t need to ask me,
you can see it in my face,
that there will be no victory
in this final race.
You don’t need to query
how I think or feel;
dying’s ordinary,
and it’s very real.
Please, my dear, don’t inquire
as to condition of my heart,
for honesty would require,
“It’s being torn apart.”
Do not question, do not ask,
and let me stay behind my mask.
