I read a lot of marriage blogs and books. There are some real gems out there.

That said, it is always wise to keep your brain in gear and compare everything you read to the Word of God (that goes for The Generous Wife blog as well).

As writers, we are all only human and we will not get everything perfectly right. Glean the good that is right for you in your current season and toss the rest.

If your husband is willing, I encourage y’all to read books together so you can discuss and apply. Having another brain in gear doubles the wisdom and safety.
