Practical Prayer

What does your husband need? What does he want?

Pause a moment and pray for those things. (If you don’t know the answer to those questions, hunt him down and ask. If he’s willing, stop and pray together right then.)

Prayer should not be regarded as a duty which must be performed, but rather as a privilege to be enjoyed, a rare delight that is always revealing some new beauty. EM Bounds
