I want to see my husband thrive.
At the end of his life I want him to feel satisfied and have very few regrets.

A part of the cost of making this happen is asking questions, listening to his dreams, and making room them. The later can take time (and sometimes a bit of sacrifice), but with thoughtful planning many (most?) can be accomplished.
(I don’t want y’all to think I am asking you to put your dreams aside to make his dreams come true. I’m just suggesting that we all be intentional about encouraging our husband’s dreams as well as chasing our own.)
People thrive by focusing on the question of who they really are and connecting that to work that they truly love. Po Bronson
