This year has brought a number of pressures to my life. I found myself struggling with several negatives and was encouraged by a few positives. Life is a mixed bag.

With the additional pressures, I was reminded that those things that squeeze you, do you the service of revealing your heart. It’s a painful service, but a helpful one.

I could see where I have grown and where I need to do some more growing. I learned new levels of patience and expressing love. I totally screwed up a few times.
