At the end of each year, I like to share three books that have had a significant impact on my life. A way to share the wealth, so to speak. Honestly, it’s hard to narrow it down to three because there are so many great books out there, but here they are.

Live in Grace, Walk in Love by Bob Goff
My sweetie and I have read the same devotional for the last couple of years and this was our choice for 2020. I love Bob Goff’s books and was delighted to find his devotional. He’s all about doing, the practical expression of love. He challenged me to be more generous and to stretch the circle of my arms a little wider. I highly recommend this devotional. It is guy-friendly.
When to Walk Away by Gary Thomas
This was a hard read for me but very needed in my life. I’m a “let’s fix it” kind of gal and I needed to hear that there are times when you should walk away. Sometimes you need to stop investing your time in relationships and situations that are not healthy or that take you away from God’s purpose for your life.
Calm My Anxious Heart by Linda Dillow
This was a group study book, but it turned out to hold a message I needed to hear. The author explores the reasons we worry and are anxious. It rarely has much to do with circumstance and far more to do with our hearts and minds. A good book for these unsettling times.
I’d love to hear about the books that have spoken to y’all this year. Please share in the comments.
Outside of a dog, a book is man’s best friend. Inside of a dog, it’s too dark to read. Groucho Marx

We are hoping to read Goff’s new one this year.
I enjoyed Prophetic Warrior by Emma Stark. It was informative and encouraging as as challenging. I was glad God lead me to someone who had the same questions I did, “Why am I not seeing this in our churches?”.
I am currently reading Dream Language by Goll. I never stopped to consider how much God spoke through dreams in the Bible…
I read/listened to Final Quest by Rick Joyner this fall. It was timely for me.
I am also reading/listening to Give Him 15 (.com) every day since before the elections. ❤❤❤
Thanks for sharing your reading list. :)
3 Words That Will Change Your Life by Mike Novotny was absolutely the best book I read this year. It helped me refocus my life on GOD and was especially comforting this year!
Nice. Now I have to go find out what those three words are. :)
